I don't know about you, but healing acne can be a very complicated and uncomfortable process. I've struggled with acne from youth up until now, although the acne that I had wasn't severe, it was still unpleasant and embarrassing.
There are three steps that I've applied to in my life that have helped reduce breakouts of acne and maintain unblemished skin. Sure, on occasion I still have a breakout because the body will always have toxins that have to be released. However, due to reconditioning the body my breakouts are very slim.
The first step, I changed what I was eating. I know, I know, what does eating have to do with healing acne?!!!!!!! For me quite a bit, remember the body has to detox itself and our skin is an organ of the body and is apart of the detox process. So, if we continue to consume sugars, oils, preservatives, trans fats, carbonated drinks and greasy foods, the natural healing and cleansing process becomes twice as long and hard on the body.
In the process of time, there is a build up of toxins that are stored in the Sebaceous Glands and once the Sebaceous Glands release the overflow of toxins HERE COMES YOUR ACNE!!!!!! In order heal acne and slow down the overflow of the Sebaceous Gland I had to change what I was eating.
Helpful hints; flush your body with water for 7 days, find other foods that you like that are not greasy, oily or have preservatives, trans fats and high content of sugars.
The second step, Exercise. That's right it's the E word !! Exercising doesn't have to be extreme. However, it's affective in healing acne. The purpose is to get your heart to increase it's blood flow, the faster the blood flow the more toxins are released from the body.Walking, Jumping Jacks, Jumping Rope, Bike Riding, Swimming and basic aerobics are all not difficult but effective.
The third step, I found that can be used by anyone, regardless of age, medications or skin type and was affordable for my household income.
Eliminate the habit of using chemical base skin care products they tear down skin cells in the body and cause some areas of our skin to become rough and dry or have serious skin irritations due to the build up of chemicals content we use daily on our skin.
